We loved our stay at this place! I was in town for a friend who was very ill. This place was only 4 minutes from her place and it was a great place to decompress at the end of the day. The pool and private backyard was a huge bonus. It was truly a beautiful place! So glad this was our home away from home.

Beautifully decorated, quiet peaceful neighborhood. It was peaceful sitting by the pool although we did not utilize it we loved sitting by it and watching the birds. Inside was homey and well decorated. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Loved my short stay and will look to stay again when I’m back in Arizona.

Great place to stay! The place was clean and we felt right at home. Our kids loved the Baja pool. The hot tub feature was my husband and I’s favorite. They supplied blow up pool toys but no pumped. Thankfully we were visiting family so we borrowed a bike tire pump. Will definitely consider staying again!

Had a great time at this rental! If you have kids they will love the pool! My family wish we could have stayed longer! Definitely worth it! The host was very friendly and helpful with a little mishap that occurred! Thanks for the great place and good memories!

Great stay! Our kids loved the pool. Again the water was a little bit too warm but kids do not care. Having a bigger bed would have been nice but absolutely met our needs just fine. Super quiet neighborhood felt really safe. The grill was awesome to have as well. Very family in mind space. Thank you!

My daughter and I were in town for a softball tournament at the Athletic Grounds. This haven provided us with the ideal sport to relax, cook, an recover after each day on the turf. The property was exactly as described, with everything we needed plus more. My daughter loved relaxing in the hot tub while I grilled the evenings grub, and the beds were as comfortable as they come. The house is tucked away towards the end of a cul-de-sac, and the who neighborhood had a family feel! Don't miss out if staying in the area. I promise you won't regret it. Would stay again if ever in the area!

Loved the pool—clean and clear, Patio furniture was great as well as provided pool floats. Gas grill that we didn’t use, but it was available. Did not check what the AC was set at, but it was comfortable-and there are fans in all the rooms.

Comfortable, quiet, and relaxing in a very convenient location. Close to hiking, horseback riding and the botanical gardens. Easy access to stores and dining, but the greatest feature was the wonderful pool and quiet secluded backyard which was my families favorite spot.

We already booked for next year. Great location! We brought our side by sides, and our Harley's and couldn't have had a better area to play in! The pool and hot tub were excellent to come back to in the evenings for a relaxing swim. All amenities that you need are included.

What a gem! This home in the shadow of the Superstition Mountains exceeded expectations. The backyard alone is worth the price of admission. A gorgeous pool and spacious spa with a waterfall, grill, dining table, wicker rockers, chaise lounge chairs, putting green and surrounded by a privacy fence! Kitchen was well equipped and even had essentials in the spice cabinet. Only request would be a guide to how to operate the tv and cable…we finally figured it out. Owner Don was fantastic to work with and very responsive to us. Five star experience on the eastern edge of Phoenix, quickly accessible to Hwy. 60.

This is a lovely house in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the backyard oasis, the spa, the pool. The patio was great for our morning coffee. Centrally located to hike, horseback ride, easy drive to Tortilla Flat. Close enough to Mesa for delicious Gelato. We will be returning to rent from Don and Ferol again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay for a long weekend. We were there for a wedding near the Superstition Mountains, so it was a perfect location for us. We especially enjoyed the beautiful backyard pool area during the day. The neighborhood was very quiet, and we took advantage of being close to some great hiking. Rented this house for a 2 week get away, it is just as they say, had everything we needed. Kitchen was well equipped, beds very comfortable, plenty of extra bedding and towels. We made use of the pool and spa almost every day. Did not get to meet the owners in person, but they were very good at communicating with us. This is a nice quiet and safe neighbourhood, would rent again.

Every step in the process of booking to communication with Don was superb. The home is so comfortable and the heated pool and spa were just what we need for a relaxing stay over the Christmas Holiday. Don was always available for any questions we had. The property is beautiful and well kept! Two friends and I came to Arizona to visit other friends and had a great time! Coming from Minnesota the hot tub and pool were so enjoyable! The patio area was roomy and nice furniture to enjoy the sun. Plenty of room to entertain our two friends for visiting and games. The owners were great to work with and prompt with any questions or issues. Would definitely recommend this property and plan to visit again!

We enjoyed the pool and hot tub very much and it was the perfect place for our kids on the hot days. The backyard was comfortable and we spent almost all of our vacation outside. We would definitely consider renting this house during our next visit to Arizona.

A lovely stay! Absolutely loved our trip. We loved the pool, the electric griddle for pancakes, and the blender for beverages! It was great that there was already a hair dryer in the house. Don, our host, was fabulous and explained the pool / hot tub remote for us. Hiking at nearby at nearby Silly Mountain was great! Wifi seemed strongest in the backyard for our Zoom calls. This is a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood. The owners were easily accessible and were very helpful. The backyard pool and hot tub were beautiful and we spent most afternoons playing in the pool. The neighborhood has low traffic volume so it is a pleasant place to go for a walk. I would definitely rent this place again.

This place was very relaxing, and had everything we needed. The house is very clean, and Don is very responsive. We were very impressed that they had a highchair, and pack and play for our 9 month old. The pool/hot tub was amazing. All of the outdoor patio furniture is top notch, and pool toys/towels galore to use. The only complaint is the middle bedroom mattress is not comfortable at all, and a regular bed in there would be a plus. My mom did not sleep well & went to stay with family so she could have a decent bed. :( The place is close to a great waffle house, and gas station. There are also tourist things very close like Tortilla Flats, and a ghost town mining attraction. The superstition mountains are right out front and you have an amazing view of them.

Recently stayed a week and enjoyed the property so much. Beautiful house deluxe furnishings. House was equipped with everything needed plus so many extras. The pool , patio and spa such a plus. The owners are extremely nice to work with and always quick to respond. Hope to stay there again next year. Highly recommend it.

Our family had a wonderful time at this property. The backyard was a beautiful space for having meals, reading by the pool, listening to the birds sing, and of course, swimming. The kids appreciated the pool toys that were provided and the adults enjoyed the peaceful nature of the location. We loved the use of the hot tub in the evenings and the home has everything one could possibly require. One of our favorite Arizona activities is hiking and it was so convenient to be close to the trails. During our stay we had a medical emergency with a family member and we were so impressed with the kindness shown by the neighbours who help to look after the property. The owners, Don and Ferol, are so easy to work with and responded to questions before, during and after our stay in a very prompt manner. We would highly recommend staying at this home and we're already planning our next trip out!

Fantastic property! Even better than advertised. Totally self maintained with only a little help from the neighbour. The pool, spa, water feature combo was smarter than some college grads. Great kitchen and living area with generously sized bedrooms. Great backyard for entertaining. We had other friends in who owned properties in the area and they too were suitably impressed. This property has the perfect blend of household amenities, good neighbourhood in a central location and it comes with a great support neighbour. We will definitely rent this property again. This property was everything that was described and more. My family had an outstanding Christmas vacation here. The hot tub and heated pool were much appreciated after long days of sightseeing. The neighborhood was very quiet and very easy to find. We will most definitely stay here again when visiting the Phoenix area.

This three bedroom home was absolutely perfect for our needs. It was immaculately clean, had plenty of space for the six of us (four adults and two children) and was everything we had hoped for in a vacation spot. The outdoor living space with the warm pool, heated spa and lovely waterfall provided relaxation plus play options for all of us. The owners were very accommodating and responsive to our questions and needs. This is a gem and we hope to rent it again some time in the future! We loved and highly recommend it!

This home in Apache Junction was everything we could have wanted. Definitely a home away from home. We spent a lot of time sightseeing so coming home to the pool and jacuzzie was a great way to end the day. Next time we will have seen most of the sights so will spend more time in the backyard oasis! The owners are both gracious and thoughtful in supplying the house with everything needed to get you off to a good start.

We really enjoyed staying here for a week over the New Year. We have stayed in many VRBO rentals from Boston to Key Colony Beach, FL to Carolina Beach, NC. This one was the BEST! The unit was impeccably clean upon arrival. The owners even accommodated us on a late flight arrival. Our boys enjoyed the hot tub (Mom and Dad, too) and even the pool (even if only for pics on New Years Day). The pictures are close...but living it in person is even better. The back yard is truly an oasis. We enjoyed many of the local activities, including the entire Apache Trail - which is worth a trip, but not for those sensitive to carsickness. We recommend visiting Roosevelt Dam and cliff dwellings on the Apache Trail. All fun for the whole family. We took day trips to Sedona and Jerome. Wow! Sedona is beautiful and worth the ride. And, if you get to Jerome, be sure to visit the wine tasting room that serves Cadecues wines. Best bottle of wine! We ate at Organ Stop Pizza...which was the favorite of our 9 year old, Los Gringos Locos - which has a mariachi band on Mondays and was quite tasty, and Joe's Farm Grill in Gilbert - which was a cool atmosphere and delicious food. It had been featured on the Food Network. All in all...great trip, great vacation and GREAT property.
